Bajaj Finance — Cibil Update | |||||
Customer ID 1706557 The purpose of this email is to create awareness about the SLOW and MOST RIDICULOUS Customer Service ever faced in my entire life I have asked Bajaj to Update my Cibil for Loan A/C No.[protected], which was started in 2005 and Bajaj has put the status to Written off in Year 2013, where in I have purchased TV in 2005 and made payment to the Vendor, but vendor did not forward that payment to Bajaj and Hence my CIBIL was hit. I again made the payment in the year 2016 and Bajaj gave me NOC but did not update my CIBIL A/c from Written off status to Closed A/c Status. Case History: I went to Bajaj Regional Office on April 20, 2017 and asked them to Update my Cibil. They gave me an Acknowledgement letter that they have updated the Issue with the Cibil Team of Bajaj and they will rectify the Cibil On 3rd May I went again to Bajaj Office and they told me, work is in Progress. But nothing happened. Then I raised an Email and various emails were exchanged where in Bajaj We care Customer Service assured me and even called me thrice on 26th May, 3rd June and then 19th June that they are updating the Cibil in 4-5 business days and I can pull the Cibil Report again. But nothing happened. Case has been generated with bajaj on 03rd may 2017 with SRN10240083. SRN10402032 ON 12TH MAY SRN10426563 ON 14TH MAY SRN10561022 ON 20TH MAY SRN11567650 ON 27TH JUNE SRN11759155 ON 3RD JULY. I have made a biggest mistake of my life using Bajaj Finserv . Now this is to make you clear that I have all the written Emails with me where you have committed me to update the Cibil but have not updated it. I had Housing Loan disbursement Pending, which could not get fulfilled and due to Negligence of Bajaj I have suffered huge loss of Rs. 5.00 lacs. Keeping in view all of this, consider this Email as the last email from my side and If Bajaj could not provide resolution and could not update the Cibil from Written Off to closed status, this matter would be taken to Consumer Court with Breach of Consumer Rights and False Commitments from the Financial Company leading to consequences which took me to suffer loss of huge amount.
