Babaj finance has deducted 117 Rs on 16/01/21 without my permission which is illegal and I never approve this transaction.Its really not acceptable. Please refund this amount in my bank account Asap.

I had purchased a TV through bajaj finance ltd.payment scheme.After repayment of that amount After long time Rs.117.00 has deducted on 16/01/2021 from my SBI bank A/C NO.[protected].Please refund rs.117/- immediately in my said Bank A/C. IFSC CODE IS SBIN0006893.RAMA SHANKAR TIWARI

Dears, I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 1875/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that not emi pending correct properly on time emi amount in my account Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 1875/- with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details. At the time of loan processing your representative need to inform all the details and they deducted the money for bajaj emi card also almost a year completed still i didn't get the emi card also. My humble request with bajaj finance customer keep hopes and faith in you. So kindly dont loose your customer for this kind of mistakes.

So, I request bajaj team not make such type of transactions without informing to customer by call or email.
More ever I have not used your Credit Card since long for purchasing any items.
Kindly look into the matter and do the necessary at the earliest by returning the same amt.in my Sbi account.

Sir mera kis karan say 117 mera acount say kata giya karan batawo Yha CMP MANDATED DEBIT kya hota hay na toh aap nay koi msg diya kya matlab huwa mera paisa wapas chahiya ya 117 rs kamanay k liya 45°may 3 hrs duty karna padta hai yah mera pasina ka kamai hai mujhay mera paisa wapas chahiya.

My a/c has been debited Rs 2999/- towards CMP Mandate of Bajaj Finance. I would like to tell you that i have purchased two item bearing loan no. (1) 07PRCDGV852792 & (2) 07PRCDGV852779 in the month of march-21 and deduction of my EMI from June-21 for 8 months. i am paying my emi without fail and in time it has been deducted. But yesterday on 10.08.2021 bajaj finance has deducted Rs. 2999/- without any information.
