As per the promotopal e-mail received on my registered e-mail from bajaj finserve, i have applied and paid an amount of rs. 4777=00 online through my bajaj experia user account on[protected] for subscription of bajaj finserve digital lounge lifelong membership & bajaj finserve ellite card. The transaction reference number is jhmp[protected]. I have also received a confirmation sms on my registered mobile number from bajaj finserve about the receipt of this payment. But uptil now i have not received an e-mail on my registered e-mail confirming my membership as well as containing links to my gift vouchers as promised in the promotional e-mail from the company. My bajaj finserve account is also not showing any kind o[censored]pdated information regarding this membership. Sent them e-mails but no reply so far. On their toll free customer care number[protected] for digital lounge i am getting only a recorded message eventhough calling at different times of the day and holding the line for almost 27 to 42 minutes. My bajaj finserve customer id: 6923746. And my bajaj finserve experia emi gold card last 4 digits are 0382 with an expiry date of 01/05/2022. Hope somebody will help me with this soon otherwise i will be forced to lodge a criminal complain against them in the cyber cell of the local police. -dr. Jayraj m. Desai.
