Bajaj Finance — Do Not have account but still asking to pay emi

I do not hold account with bajaj fin serv nor i have purchased anything using their card but for the past 6 months getting frustrating calls from the customer care to pay the emi..i have explained them cleatly thati donot have any account with them still they call every month and was speaking harsh..the recent number i received [protected] where they were threatning me..First, how could you lend emi without mobile number check, second why have you not visited inperson to collect the outstanding money and havent you verified the address?
I tried sending mails to customer support and called them ..utter waste of reaching them...
Mail me @ [protected]@gmail.com so that Ill providemy mobile number to get this resolved.
I hope atleast now bajaj finserv will wakeup resolve my concern.

Bajaj finserv customer care called me today and asked me send my id proof .have sent to their provided mail id.ill update once got a mail on resolving my request.
