Bajaj Finance — double emi deducted from 6 months..

I bought Asus Zenphone Max Pro M1 from Flipcart on EMI which was delivered on Thu, Aug 9th '18. (please note I bought only one mobile.)

The issue is that I am being charged two EMI every month for this mobile and so 12 emi has been deducted till yet it should be 6.

I tried reaching you on customer care number but no luck, then I visited your city office Two times here at Indore. They told me that Flipkart generated Two loans, but when I spoke to them they clears that no issue from their end. I have spoke with flipkart three times about this.

My emi is 2176/month, it should be total rs.13002, But It was deducted extra 13002 rs. from my account.

Please take a look on the attachments, and resolve the issue asap.
It has been 6 months and there is no solution from your end.

This is rajesh, Actually I bought a mobile phone with bajaj finserv through EMI. I got a mail regarding mobile insurance. My bajaj insurance is of 2169 rupess but extra amount was deducted from my bank account of 2556 rupees. I want to stop the mobile insurance service. Will you help me
