Bajaj Finance — excess amount debited from my account

I bought a refrigerator through bajaj alliance. Installment is deducted on 2nd date of every month. I have insufficient balance in my account in month of may. So that i personally went to nearest outlet of bajaj finance and deposited installment of june in advance on date on 29/05/2017 rs.1250 and they give me receipt for this.
Instead of paying in advance installment bajaj finance deduct fine for the cheque bounce.
After complain ing in bajaj finance. They didn't give proper reason for this.
Plz do whatsoever action required for this.
