Kindly refer to my SB account No [protected]. 2. I had given a mandate to Bajaj Auto Finance to deduct Rs 2500.00 per month with effect from 02 July 2015 for a period of 14 months with ends in Aug 2016, however they have presented ECS mandate for 18 months apart from receiving cash in the month of Sep 2015 and their representative assured of not presenting the cheque twice (total 19 months payment @ Rs 2500.00 amount to Rs 47, 500.00(including the amount of Rs 2500.00 which they have presented on 26 Oct 2016 even after reporting the matter to Bajaj Finance they have deducted from my account as EMI and an excess amount of Rs 1244.00 has been decucted as other charges.(I am enclosing the following documents for your reference please (a) Copy of the Statement received from Bajaj Finance. (b) Purchase voucher from GIRIAS INVESTMENT (P) LTD bearing No FS/BR/189 dated 31 May 2015. 3. In view of above, I earnestly request your goodself to kindly stop payment to Bajaj Finance with immediate effect.
