[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance — flexi loan overdraft

Hi i got call from bajaj finance that they have some overdraft facility and gave me all the details how it works then i asked them is there any hidden charges, annual fee? They said no. So i want this facility for emergency as i liked it i availed then i got approval for 661599/ rs and i get 636591/rs in my account then i logged into bajaj experia portal and check the details they charged me 25008/ rs below are the details-

Stamp duty - irr - ded rs.700
Flexi fee rs.999
Wallet protect rs.3, 599
Hdfc credit protection plus rs.8, 000
Upfront charges rs.11, 710

Without any intimation. I asked their executive, credit manager, verification officer 10-15 times is there any hidden charges? If yes then please dont process it. Now what should i do about this because its impacting my whole life. How can bajaj do this to peoples. Please provide me the solution i dont want to do any kind of business or anything else. Today i got disbursement and i called there relationship executive she said i will check and let you know.

Please help me to sort it out.
