Bajaj Finance — For getting refund of my hard earned money.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Partha Biswas. A resident of Coochbehar.I am a customer of Bajaj Finance since 3 years. I had taken many loans I had paid all the all loans. I did not mistake to pay any installment .In this month ( Oct 02/2021) I had a installment of worth Rs 2250 that was sufficient money to auto debit from my bank account but they not debited money. On that day a Bajaj excutive called me and said your money has not debited from account please repayment by using Phonepay/Gpay I tried but payment had not done.Then he took my money offline and paid. But my question is why company had debited penalty charges of Rs 700/- even money was sufficient in my bank account at the time of auto debiting.The cheat with me.Please take the step the Bajaj Finance company.They are looting money from the people.
