I have received a promotional call from Bajaj CUSTOMER service agent today at 4.18 pm today selling some product. I was already in a bad mood so I hung up the call saying piece of ### in tamil. So that agent has personally texted me from the same number [protected] which she called and she started to abuse me and therefore I also texted her in frustration. She began to talk about my mother and my family. I informed her that I will raise a complaint and she still abused me continously.
Is When I asked why she is disturbing on weekends, she said that I bought some product or card from which I have not as I know that your organization is a fraudulent company. I want that employee to be fired immediately and also I expect a formal appology from that employee. This has caused me mental pressure and making me to stress and give suicidal thoughts.
