which i have got via telephone call on January 2022 in the name of Bajaj Finance.

As per the call they have asked me to pay a premium for any life insurance tax scheme from Bharti axa as they have said it is loan against insurance scheme.

I have invested around 75k in bharti axa and was waiting for the loan amount as they have said.

I noticed a debit of rs. 117/- from karnataka bank account paid to bajaj finance, transaction decs-tpcf bajaj finance /[protected]. I have no such relation with bajaj finance and so i would like immediate action to be taken to refund my money back to my account without fail. Please explain on what ground the payment has been debited from account.in future without my writing permission no further payments should process...

An amount of rs 3580/- was debited from my SBI account no [protected]. I have not taken any loan and all my loans are cleared on time.

I didnot take any loan from Bajaj ever so why they deduct 117 rs from my account. Today I have seen transaction on my account for rs 117 saying "CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_AUTO_CD__4020CD34306417 " on date 15/03/2022.

Can I know why this transaction has been made without my knowledge and purpose of it?

Please refund my asap....

I initiated a personal OD loan with Bajaj Finance. During processing, sales team said differently about interest rates, processing fees etc. and when I received loan approval mail from Bajaj Finance, I found that sales team misleaded me and gave me false information.
I immediately wrote to Bajaj Finance to cancel my loan. They denied and disbursed loan.

I have been receiving too many calls annoying promotional calls from Bajaj Finance. Though conveyed several times that I am not interested in loans and other offers, I have been continuously receiving calls. I had also raised my concern in one of the calls and asked to mark in DO NOT CALL list, but no difference.

Please do the needful so that I do not get any more promotional calls from Bajai Finance any more....

I transferred by Home Loan to Bajaj Finance 4 years back and the ROI was 9%. Recently I have visited the office and submitted the request for reducing the ROI for my Home Loan. 2 weeks later, got a mail from Bajaj Finance that the loan is linked to BHFL FRR. I am using my Bajaj finance EMI card for online purchase of smartphone through mi.com website. While choosing Bajaj EMI card option during checkout the payment is getting declined, I have no dues pending with Bajaj finance and also my purchase is within the limits.
