Bajaj Finance — Harassing the calls regarding loan

Hello,
I am Husen Multani and writing to draw your attention for harassing the call which comes from Bajaj company.

From bajaj company or call center, I am getting calls and messages that you have not paid loan amount dues. I am every time saying to them I have not taken any loan from you or bajaj finance and purchase any product. So why all calls are coming to me. It is harassing me. i tell them, could you please check your system why it comes to me. but it, again and again, coming call to me.

I request them, do not to call me, but still they calling me. So for this I reached the bajaj finance office at surat and talked with the manager person and searched for the records with my mobile number, is there any loan taken. But then there are no records found, then why that such calls coming to me.

After this, the manager informs me to send an email to this email address "[protected]@bajajfinserv.in" and we will check from our end.

My problem has not been solved till now so I will complain to you
