To whom it may concern. (Emi collected Twice loan-4010CD[protected]
I would like to inform you that your executive collected an Emi of Rs-2160/- from our home on 8/05/2015 as well as same amount has been deducted from my account on 05/05/2016. I have escalated this issue to one of your customer care representative however it seems they are not able to resolve my query.
So, I request you to kindly look into the matter as i am not going to take that easy because it's a matter of trust and my money is involved.
If no action will be taken in 24 hours then i have to take some other steps.

I have received a call from Bajaj Finance, Mumbai 2 days back and they have asked for Rs.1302/- against overdue of my instalment towards purchased of mobile phone. I have already paid my all instalments against my loan ID 401DPFFX310609. I think they are harrassing me for asking the Rs.1302/- as overdue amount. Kindly help me as soon as possible.
