To whom so ever it may concern. Myself Rahul Sandhu (My Loan Account Number- 4010 CD[protected]. On 21st of July i Recieved a call from one of your executive (Sonu-[protected]), that he is coming to collect the payment of Rs-2000. IO told him to come to my office and collect it from there instead of coming to my office he went to my home where my mom met him, he told my mom that a balance of Rs 16000/ is remaining (But in actual the balance was of only Rs.6000/-). My mom told him to make her talk to his senior then he dialed the number of some Vipin( Cell No. [protected]) he told my mom that the balance is of Rs.6000/-, My mom told him that instead of coming to the house you should contact my son in office (which your executive was supposed to do in the first place), listening to this he abused my mom and said to her that (Tume pata bhi hai kya wo tumhara beta hai). I would like to inform you that your executive collected an Emi of Rs-2160/- from our home on 8/05/2015 as well as same amount has been deducted from my account on 05/05/2016. I have escalated this issue to one of your customer care representative however it seems they are not able to resolve my query.
So, I request you to kindly look into the matter as i am not going to take that easy because it's a matter of trust and my money is involved.
If no action will be taken in 24 hours then i have to take some other steps.

I have received a call from Bajaj Finance, Mumbai 2 days back and they have asked for Rs.1302/- against overdue of my instalment towards purchased of mobile phone. I have already paid my all instalments against my loan ID 401DPFFX310609. I think they are harrassing me for asking the Rs.1302/- as overdue amount. Kindly help me as soon as possible.
