[Resolved]  Bajaj Finance — How to termination if resignation done by employee

I’m Rahul Kumar, (Emp I’d:[protected]I was working in Bajaj finance company in insurance department, only I was able to work here for 4 months after that I resigned. Because the situation here was not correct. Here senior level people harass the employee below them a lot. Very filthy abuses. There is no holiday in the month, even on days like Independence Day and Gandhi Jayanti, work is done, even after that, they talk dirty abusing.Do a lot of mischief with small employees. That's why I resigned here in a very short time. I told the HR team and my reporting manager here that I would not be able to work here in such a culture and I resigned. Even after that these people have terminated me. All I want to ask is that when the employee is resigning after informing you, how can you terminate it?
