Hello Sir Good day! How are you? I have buy one LG refrigerator form My Bajaj finance card worth Rs 21000 on[protected]. my consumer durable no is 4260CD10013028 . I have make 12 monthly installments for this, so my monthly EMI is Rs 1750. But 2 days ago I got the message from Bajaj Finance that on that product extended warranty has been has been done, Extended warranty no is 426EWC10017736 . for that you charged me Rs 179 additional. But I have not given any approval or intimation to extend any warranty. I have no knowledge about that why you have charged me additional cost. I got the message then I came to know about this fraud done by you. As my EMI is Fixed Rs 1750 so why you change that. I will not pay this additional extended warranty. I will only pay Rs 1750 as installment nothing else. Kindly cancel this extended warranty and make it to normal.. Kindly check the matter & revert.
