Bajaj Finance — Loan against bharti axa life insurance policy

I dont wether to report this as a complaint or what. But I just got a call from a a lady Ms. Verma. She told me that I am eligible to get loan of Min 300000 to max 10 laks against policy.

Next i spoke to her supervisor who said tht i[censored] agree we will forward ur details and u wil get a call frm POLICY BAZAR.

All win win situation they have given. The only reason i find positive is that i dnt have to make a payment in advance.

As far as the insurance premium is concerned i can get it back if i cancel the policy in 45 days as per IRDA. But wht rings the bell in my mind is that why wd they select the insurance company. Why cant i go ahead buy a policy and gv thm d details.

Is this a scam run by policy bazar?

Similar call also received, telling that he is calling from Chennai head office and this is promotional scheme, so i can not get such details on website and regional offices. Call received from [protected]. Min loan amount is 3 lacks and 10% to be paid as first installment to Bharti Axa life insurance through check.

Policy term will be 10 - 12 years and after receipt of policy from Bharti Axa, u have to submit to Citi Bank, Acordingly Loan will be given in next 48Hrs.

I also told him that pls whatsup me your no., so i will call u in case of doubt. He told that i will give u but didnt give.

I think this is fraud calls...pls reply if any person got load or cheated by them...

Recently i got a call from Bajaj Finance and that person inform me about insurance policy and loan policy, name of that person is Karan.

He said that: He is from Bajaj Finance and he will helping me getting loan of rs. 15 Lacs against bharti Life insurance policy and as it a pre-approved loan it take maximum 25 days in complete process and get the money in my account.

Is it correct Either Bajaj Finance or Bharti life insurance have any kind off plan together.

I got call from bajaj finance employee (pune office) two times, she said to me u can get minimum 2.5 Lac loan (my requirement is only 1 lac) against bharti Axa Insurance Policy. At the time discussion i said to her whats the process to take the loan, she reply 1st you need to take 25k policy of bharti Axa Insurance, once you buy policy than our company decide your loan approval. I ask her what do you mean by "Decide" she start ignoring the topic, than i said I'm not interested.

I received call from Bajaj finance stating I have to buy bharati AXA policy of 400000 and then I can get loan from Bajaj.
For cross check they I called up bharti AXA and they said we don't have any Tie up with Bajaj
So why bajaj people are calling like this also BAJAJ company Don't have customer care number on front through which everyone can be saved from trap...if it is
This is how company is taking initiative to safeguard goodwill and help the common people
I don't know what is true or what is false
But there should be a direct customer care number

I Have Received Call From Bajaj Finance Loan Provide Towards Bharti Axa Life Insurance, Is It Geniune?

I got a call saying he is from bajaj finance and i got a loan offer. Whic is loan against policy on 0% interest for 4lacs and this is for good customers feedback only.

28 feb 2021 i bought the policy from pnb metlife for 15000.
The names are ashish rathore and soniya singh. Also i have call recording witb me.

Then 18th march 2021 i got a from verification (name prashant patil). Asked me to pay GST amount of 50000/-. I told them i don't have the amount and i can pay 20000/- they said to talk to soni singh and get back.

Then soniya spoke to prashant and she called me and said not to worry we will take care.

Then prashant calls me and i bought 20000/- health insurance policy from care health.

They have promised me to disburse my loan amount by 30th march 2021.

My pnb metlife free look period is over. But my care health is still there till 2nd april 2021.

Please let me know if this is really a fraud. They have failed to give any proof that they are from bajaj finance. They said u will get the mail from bajaj finance 1nce the policy gets mortgage. Prashant said i will get a video call verification on 30th march 2021 for loan agreement. I have all of thier call recordings with me.

Please help me i am really stuck in debt trap and i really in need of loan on that if this is a scam i will be in grave danger i will loose my 35000/- which i had taken from someone else and paid.

I also got the same offer from bajaj finance guys. When I told them I will only take policy once you send me a mail from company that bajaj will sanction loan by mortgaging bharti axa insurance.
But he declined and cut the call.
I have given my bank detail, aadhar and pan details don't what he will do.
Beware guys all these are fake.

Bajaj Finance — Loan against bharti axa life insurance policy

I was asked to take a policy of bharti axa life insurance since i was in need of personal loan. I was told that will get loan against the policy from Bajaj finance.the Bajaj finance guy's Mr. Amit & contact no. is [protected] told me that don't say that u need any loan against this policy when u will get call from bharti axa for verification. I did as he told and took a policy of 50000 per year. After getting policy he said that your loan is under process. I follow up with him for more than 6 months and finally he said nothing is going to happen. I have all the proof to show.
