Bajaj Finance — loan emi paid earlier, but bajaj made me to pay bounced emi again | |||||
I have taken furniture from hometown punjagutta branch hyderabad. And my emi started from march 2nd, and the other march 5th 2018 As iam not aware that my emi card was bound to an inactive bank account. Where ecs is connected. On feb 28th i got a message to maintain balance in bank account for my upcoming emis in march. So i connected to bajaj customer portal and paid the advance payment of my upcoming emis (Advance payment link never prompted me saying that bajaj is going to set this emi payment for april emis). And in my emi info of bajaj mobile app showed me the next emi date as april dates for each emi. I have submitted request with cancellation check to switch my ecs bound bank account on march 9th 2018. But bajaj staff said, that they are considering the emi payment made on feb 28th will be for april emi. And i have to pay for march emi again and ecs will be presented again to bank. I have paid bounce charges for my two emi's along with actual emi amount. This is some thing very serious matter. No one mentioned or adance payment link is not prompting or validating the customer. Even though i have paid emi earlier, i paid bouncing charges and was asked to pay the emi again which is not valid. - no proper coordination between branches even after paying emis, iam getting calls that i am pending with payment. - no data updation between branches.
