Bajaj Finance — loan recovery with mental harassment

I had taken loan from bajaj finance in 2017. Due to business up and downs my emi not going on time. Meanwhile my business collapse and i lost in it too much.. Not on date but i am paying in same month.. But bajaj finance executive sitting at wakdewadi-pune office and in the team of mrs. Shruti shah whenever calling me for emi insulting with bad words. Talking about family, financial capacity and harassing very badly.. Due to this i want take legal action against bajaj and their such employees. Till nov.2018 my dues are clear but due to this harassment i am going to stop pay emi as am already financially unable to pay it moreover was arranging every month any how but now not..
