Bajaj Finance — loan rejected by saying no pincode presented but i am holding same type of loan with same pincode address with same company but still got rejected

I didn't see this type of issue in my life, someone done blunder at bajaj finserv end find the below.

It is disgrace to bajaj employee, his experience, qualification and to company. Bajaj agents/managers are committed on flexi loan with 14% and 1.5% processing and then rejected without proper reason. If they are not having capability on this, company should give training instead of blaming customer for the below.

Blunder is that i am already holding 1 flexi loan with the same address/pincode of 560036 and it is going to complete by next month so again i have applied new flexi loan but they said your pincode 560036 is fault in this area (Bangalore)

We are all given same pincode 560036 for passport, dl, electricity, stockexchange/mutual funds, zerodha, ulips... Etc but still bajaj finserv are trying to blame me.

We are staying since 30 years in the same address/pincode 560036, now bajaj finserv saying it is fault area code we are not finding. How come they will decide it is fault area pincode..? Don't try to blame customer this way, if you need any information you should ask customer we are ready to provide.

This is not the first time i am taking loan.. I have already taken more than 7-10 loans and closed on time with the same address/ area code 560036. This area is part of bangalore city, not remote area and it has 100 years story for this area pincode 560036.

Due to bajaj finserv waste fellows my cibil score gets effected now who will responsible for this, useless fellows are doing blunders lies like this, that waste fellow could have check properly before rejecting my application who is he what he applied, is there any relation with him for our company, has he taken any loan past... Some thing like that. Also already i am holding one flexiloan with bajaj finserv with same pincode 560036 and address but still that guy rejected

I have sent mail with all proofs where and all i have given the same pincode 560036 and address at both government side and bank sector side... But i got reply from bajaj finserv is simple (Bye) bye

Still i am looking for loan and proper reply from management to that mail,

I want it to escalate this case to the higher level in bajaj finserv department, please do the needful.
