My name is indrani sinha from kolkata. I have applied for a startup loan of 70000 rs from bajaj finance ltd. I have got a call from [protected]. Representative said me send over pan card and aadhar card and passport size photo over a phone provide by him. Mobile no [protected]. After verifying document the same representative said on the basis of your credit score loan has been approved. But to avail the loan you have to send a process charge of 2150 of which 2000 will be refunded after you take the loan. I paid it and the transaction details attached. The amount is paid in bajaj finance ltd. After that the send any approval letter. Tell us to send the account no and bank name, ifsc code. Then they call us to pay again a gst amount of 5000 which is also written in the approval letter. This amount is also refunded. Now we object to pay it. Why should i pay a gst charge? And in which basis. Kindly check the matter and let me know whether this company is genuine or not. We didn't pay the gst and told then to refund the amount 2150. But they refuse.
