This sameer I bought a dish washer from Ifb on no cost emi and no processing charges as promised. why 115 is deducted from my account ????BAJAJFINASMNDTVRFCHGSASJAN17 My first emi was deducted on 2nd Feb 2017 of 2759 rupees on time no delay than what's the reason please explain. I've applied for EMI in Oct 2016, without intimation was return to office.
Then it was re-issued and received in Dec 2016.
Since then I'm communicating to complete NACH/ECS Mandate process.
Now it's 15th Feb still it has not completed.
Every time I call them a different person is there to speak -
with different assurance and problems / queries / status.
Every time I mail them a non-related to my concern answer is received.
And now it was a height that a Call centre executive is informing me that
it is a system generated mail you just ignore it, it may be wrong
