Dear team, This is really disappointing the way bajaj finserv dealt with me regarding emi payment which i have already paid, however they not only harassed me but reach to my home and asked money to my family without any intimation. I have been asked for bouncing charges which i have explained multiple times on mail and call as well that the bank detail which was updated at the time i bought ac from croma was not in use but bajaj finserv spoke person told me not to worry sir our executive will come to your place and fill ecs form and take cancel cheque and update the same however the same has been provided to executive but it was not updated. However whenever i get bouncing loan emi msg i asked to customer care and they told me you just need to pay emi amount and we will take waiver for bouncing charges as it is not you fault. Meanwhile bajaj finserv now asking about bouncing charges as i have make the payment of 12 emi but they adjusted my last emi with bouncing charges. This is really frustrating and the company has shown their character which was not expected from such as reputated company but so far i have not found any support from any person hence i am writing this complain hoping that someone will help me here with my concern.
