Bajaj Finance — Not give noc

I hereby informed that I am Mr.Supriya Mandal customer of your Finance company. I had financed a Bajaj Discover 125 on 2012.My Loan No-L2WBNK01764870.vehicle no-WB 56 G 1378.Already I closed my loan as on 28/09/2015 Receipt No[protected].On 29th Sep apply for NOC to your customer care. And they had reply on 1st Oct and give me Request Id. The Request ID No-[protected].When I apply the NOC in this time I already said My local dealership was closed. After 15 days they reply me your NOC is dispatched to your Local dealer. But I [censored] received due to dealership was already closed. Then your customer care advisor gives me another Request ID. The request id no-[protected].and told me that after one week NOC is dispatch. Then I call Much more time but not response anything. Still now I will not receive my NOC. So my question is that is YOUR COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE? I am a customer also I paid all amount with Interest but today I will suffered. WHY?
