Bajaj Finance — note-8/ insurance claim rejection | |||
Hello Sir/Mam I am from Lucknow, Recently (April 1st week) I made a purchase of Samsung Note 8 Phone from Initiative Store Ashiana branch with Bajaj finance Insurance on phone covering any kind of phone damage. n 15th April my phone's screen got damaged and on the very day I went to Bajaj company and showed my damaged Mobile phone to them and also submitted all my documents for the claim. The agent ( Vidya Dhar Tripathi PH [protected]) very unprofessional guy took my documents and asked me to call a Phone number ( 022-... which was not reachable and yet the number is not in use and also told me to get the repair estimate from the SAMSUNG Customer Service Store ( Hazratgunj Branch). I got the estimate on the second day(16th April) from the Samsung store (rs.16000 and change) and submitted to Vidya Dhar Tripathi and told him that the number he gave me is not reachable . The agent also dialed the number but the same issue. As he was not professional and less experienced he opt to talk to his senior personnel about the same ( SANTOSH SRIVASTAVA) and after a satisfactory conversation advised me to get the repairs done from the Samsung store and pay the money in advanced and also told me that he is submitting all the Documents about the damaged product to BAJAJ portal and assured me the claim amount will hit my account in 15 days. I got the repairs done submitted the bills and tax copy to the agent again ( 4th time I am visiting the same guy ) . Finally I got a response after 2 weeks saying my claim got REJECTED because the mobile was repaired now. I got back to the same bajaj agent MR Vidya Dhar Tripathi but he had no answers to give when I told him that I will complain on consumer forum he deliberately stopped me from not doing that and in lieu gave me his senior's number ( Santosh Srivastava [protected]). I called him but the response from the senior was too bad . the guy was very aggressive and provoking which was my role to play but finally again he assured me to wait for another 15 days and the money would come in my account or will get a cheque for the same. NOW today dated 28 May 2018 I got a call from BAJAJ finance and the rep told me again that the claim has been rejected . I called the senior SANTOSH again and was telling him about the same but this time SANTOSH lost his cool and started shouting on me and told me stop calling as there is no way I will get my funds back . again a mental torture to me . in the conversation when he could not answer my questions he transferred the call to his RM ( Mr Pawan..) he was aggressive, abusive, Ill Mannered, and provoking to me, did not let me speak about the claim even a single word, hung up my phone . I called the number again he answered and again was unstoppable threating me about his POST/ Designation of being RM. I finally threatened him about the CONSUMER FORUM COMPLAINT and with no fear he said and I will Quote "JO KARNA HAI AAP KARLO" and the conversation ended. I called VIDYA DHAR TRIPATHI again to get the proofs of the documents I submitted to him to upload but no they are disconnecting my phone PS I am 57 Years old Mobile costed me ( 67900 + 9000 approx BAJAJ finance) I spent Rs17000 approx to get the repair on top and i have been a victim of these SCAM Company. Its lost situation for me. I am still p[aying the EMI for my Phone and for the BAJAJ Company . It is my due request to all the Consumer court officials to take this seriously and stop other customers from getting ripped from BAJAJ finan agents.
