Bajaj Finance — phone loan/ harassment

Hi

I have taken a phone loan last month through bajaj. My lan 402dpf61904155.

My auto debit date is been set to 2nd of every mont, however i received a text and email stating that the account has not been debited due to ecs nandate not update kindly call your bank regarding the same. I called up kotak mahindra and checked with them they said that we have not recived ecs form from bajaj due to which the transaction did not go through.

I tried calling on the 1800 tollfree number of bajaj but it just kept on giving me my loan details but was not able to get throught customer service to check regarding this issue. I went to the shop from where i got my phone they said that need to get in touch with bajaj.

I got call after 10th feb frm legal department the person i spoke with his name was nikhil i don't remember his last name. I told him the scenario he said that due to signature miss match the esc was not updated informed him that why didn't anyone called me before? How would i know what is the issue? Someone should have told me about this in the first week of feb when the emi did not process. The person was rude on the call hes said "it is not my fault it is your fault" in a very rude tone. He also said that come to bajaj office in wakdewadi and we will talk face to face about this matter.

After that i recived a call from legal department again from person name advocate ravindra jadhav told me about the emi did not process, again had to explain the whole thing again. I told him that i had some family issue last week due to which don't have sufficient cast to pay the emi can i pay it next month? The rep said that no if yoh don't pay today or by tomorrw i will put this on your sybil. Asked him that why will you put this on my sybil when it is not my fault, the rep said that i don't know but it will go on sybil. Later he said that you are taking too much of time of mine i am giving you a days time will not call you again you will call me and tell me how to do it and cut the call.

Even i work for collection agency for us and know the fact how credit reporting works. Despite of telling him that won't be able to do this month still kept on threatening about sybil. I told him that did receive a call on sat from a bajaj agent asking about money told him that i'm broke this month the agent said that will receive call from his senior regarding the same, however did not recived any call.

I'm not ignoring to pay the emi however the situation right now is little tight but will definitely pay on 1st or 2nd of march.

The agents working with bajaj do not know how to talk to their consumers over the phone. They talk as if they are doin a favour on us. Act like goons threatening all the time.

I need to get this resolved asap. Need to talk someone who is expert and knows how to talk to someone.
