Bajaj Finance — recovery agent causing problems

I have a personal loan with your organisation however i have lost my job since 6 months. So far i was able to borrow money and pay installments but i have exhausted all the sources. I have got the job but that would start before mid of november and first salary would come in by 1st week of january. I have missed september and october installments and same would happen with november unfortunately. I need assistance to restructure my loan and extend it by 3 months so i could make regular payments and bring account in current status. I cannot make all the installments together due to limited income and family commitments.

I would highly appreciate if collection agents dont show up at my door step as they are really rude and arrogant and started screaming and created scene as i am in office and its only my father and grandmother at home, aged 68 and 87 respectively. Visits of collection agents could make them panic and even impact their health to a severe extend. I am not running away nor ignoring calls. All i need is restructure so i could pay off the loan.

Please let me know if bajaj finance can help here or not or should i just file an fir against the agent and declare myself bankrupt and bajaj can file a case and take legal actions as going to court is bettet than the way your collection agent behaves.
