Dear Sir, 1. My bajaj EMI card No is [protected]. 2. I had purchased Samsung Tab from Coroma Show Room at Meennakshi Mall located at Bangalore Banergatta Road. Bajaj fin dept is supposed to recover installments through my Bank directly through ECS. Your department is not updating the record and asking me to pay on line. 3.This means your staff is not updating customers details. 4. if they can not function your representative can visit my office and collect cheque.I can not do your staff duty. 5. We request you to please share a fresh ECS Mandate form along with a Cancelled Cheque and send the same across to us. We have shared the detailed process for the same on your registered email id. We further state that your EMI card would be auto unblocked within 45 working days from EMI dishonor date as the same has been blocked temporarily in line with our credit risk policy .
