Bajaj Finance — regarding issue of personal loan

I have received a phone call from [protected] mentioning that we are from bajaj finance and we will give you a personal loan of rs.50, 000-00 on[protected] and send the aadhar card, pan card and bank details to mobile number bearing no : [protected]. I have sent the proofs. After receiving the proofs please send rs.4, 100-00 towards processing charges and i have paid through googlepay. After receiving the rs.4, 100-00 he had sent one message stating that dear customer your sbi bank a/c xxxxxxx7824 amount rs.50, 000-00 inr transaction rbi hold charge unsuccessful amount transfer charge rs.12, 500-00 inr rbi hold have nice day refundable amount. Immediately i have transferred the said amount of rs.12, 500-00 and sent the details. Again i have received the phone call from the company and please pay another rs.19, 000-00. Then immediately i have sent one message stating that i dont want any loan from you please pay the amount whatever i have paid of rs.17, 100-00. He told that the amount will be refunded within 15 days. I waited for 15 days and i make a call to him regarding my amount. He is against asking rs.2, 500-00 for refund of my amount. I have applied the the above loan due to meet my financial committments because of covid19. The person from bajaj finance is mr. Sanjeev kumar, s/o. Chand kumar, 1 d block, radai wala road, ward no: 9, karanpur, ganganagar, rajasthan, whose aadhar no:[protected], and pan no: cynpk2736c. And he had given the bank details of the company m/s. Bajaj finance limited, state bank of india, ifsc code : sbin002060.
