Bajaj Finance — Regarding number of emi's and cheque dishonour

I purchased a nikon camera from juneja sons ambala cantt in october 2016 which is financed by bajaj finance, at the time of entering into finance agreement it was taught to me that the emi's would be 14 of inr 2500 each and and when the emi would be deducted from my account it would be of inr 3750 as the executive of bajaj finance, ambala city office name mr. Vishal bhardwaj, wrongly make 9 emi's instead of 14 emi's because of which emi amount is increased and my cheque become dishonoured and i received a call from bajaj finance office regarding dishonour of cheque and i shocked because of dishonour of cheque then i know about the mistake done by bajaj finance executive mr. Vishal bhardwaj. Then i contacted mr. Vishal bhardwaj and he told me that the mistake was done by me unintentionally and i apologise for the same now you can deposit cash inr 3750 in bajaj finance ambala city office and from next month emi would be inr 2500 deductable.

Next month the same amount of emi ie inr 3750 would be deducted from my account instead of inr 2500 again then i contacted mr. Vishal bhardwaj then he says that from next month it would be inr 2500.

During this period bank levied charges of dishonour of cheque because of insufficient balance of inr 1500 on me which was levied because of the mistakes of executives of bajaj finance.

Kindly told me that who is responsible for bank charges of inr 1500 which was levied on me because of mistakes of bajaj finance executive and want refund of bank charges which was levied because of mistakes of bajaj executive.

I am very frustrated with the mistakes done by bajaj finance executive and if the my problem is not sort out within 10 days i may face a legal action against bajaj finance in a court of law.

Hi,
My name is Sandeep Boghara. While purchase LED from Bajaj Finance agent told I will receive Bajaj card after I pay 3 EMI. I paid the extra charges for the card. Till date I paid 5 EMI still did not received card.
