Bajaj Finance — request for settlement now some advocate is calling me for sec 138 wow

Hi team,

Can someone please tell what exactly is going on, i requested for loan settlement as not able been able to the emi's after paying 5 of them due to health issues also lost my job and going bankrupt, hence i'm requesting for a settlement.

This is exactly what i stated in the very first email i sent you.

I'm following up with you guys since the amount was 24k now it has been jumped to 27k i stated the same thing that's i'm not in a position to pay this much of amount at this time.

Now while following up with you i got a call from some advocate stating you have filed a case against me under section 138 what's this all about?? And as he stated the loan can be settled in 18500 and he is not ready to provide any written confirmation stating the same.

Can you guys please look into it and let me know on priority if the loan amount can be settle, do let me know the amount. Once i have a written confirmation i will make the payment.

Thanks for the prompt response team, kindly let me know as after this the loan can be closed or will it continue charging.

I am also getting calls stating the check is bounced and hence a legal notice will be issued against me, would you be able to let me know what is this all about??

I would love to pay the money online however my account is showing more than 20k please look into it asap so that i can move further with the payment.

Kindly look into the legal thing also, i don"t want these threatening calls payment will made of mention amount.
