Sony led tv complaint I have registered my complaint on 6-dec-2017 through toll free no and my complaint no is oc[protected]. I have given my tv to digital svc india noida on 9-dec-17. Approval promised within 2 days but after calling regular in a week i have informed that approval was given on 15-dec-17. I have not recieved any call from bajaj ot its frenchise for any update for service. When i was call their service center, the person named amit was regular told me that product was on the way from service center. (18-dec, 21-dec three days). When i was told him that i am comming to recieve my product on 23-dec-17, then he was told me that product was not repaired yet. After that every two days date was extented. Today 07-jan-18 any contact person (Amit, service center manager’ bhuvnesh mehta) was not recieving my call for update. I don't know where go for update because call center told me for other 2 days. (This was 5th times two day.). Also i have generated a issue[protected] but still no call recieve for any supporting authourities. Very worst service. They are simply not bothered to inform status.
