Bajaj Finance — they are cheating customers | |||
My name is Uma Malla. I am a female. I am a registered customer and I have existing loans with you. I been a loyal customer to Bajaj. Last month I got a call from one of your executives saying that I had a smart card pre-approved for me. Initially I said i was not interested. He convinced me explaining it's benefits. Then I asked him to come down home to gather my KYC documents. He came and left saying I would receive the card within a week. After two days I got a msg saying it was declined and no reasons were stated. I been trying to reach customer care to talk to an executive. I don't find such option anymore. I want to know why u r cheating your customers saying pre-approved. Another issue here. I have two consumer loans with bajaj among which one was supposed to be the last emi this August first week. But I didn't pay it deliberately for having PREAPPROVED smart card rejected. Meanwhile I was out of city too. Your people have been calling me and I am saying the same reason. Today I got a call directly from the store and the way the person was talking was very pathetic. Addressing me as a cheater and addressing me 'tum' while I was addressing him as aap. And he is warning me saying he would take away the sofa. I said alright. I don't understand the logic how u could take the sofa away without paying my 23 months emi I paid to u just for me not paying one month. Please don't consider me as any other common customer. I seriously am hurt with the way your ex executive dealt with my smart card sanctioned drama and now your executives harassing me for not repaying the last emi. I have all the calls recorded. Before taking away the sofa, you owe me an answer why my card was declined while it was pre-approved and also I want all the signed documents back from you that you collected for smart card approval. Then you can take away the sofa paying partial amount that I paid as EMIs for 23 months. The calls are mentally harassing me. I want a solution for this else I will go to consumer court. They are warning me that they would come home in half an hour and take away the sofa and said in a big tone that nobody could stop them. Is that the way you talk to a long-term customer and that too a female? I became veru nervous. I have all the calls recorded with me, I told my husband and he asked me to drop a message in this forum first and then proceed accordingly if no initiative is taken by bajaj people.
