Bajaj Finance — Took Extra amount

Hi my name is sathish i have taken loan amount 100000 on April month credited amount is 90000 while taking loan they said 2 year loan tenure i was paying my EMI amount 4423 after that they have changed the tenure 2 year to 4 years i mean 48 months i paid total amount 2, 12, 304, apart from this they have deducted my amount 40000 ECS charges in my Bank account . So i want file a complaint against this Bajaj Finance the one who have loan for this high amount and now i am struggling lot financially, mentally i need help on this requesting to refund my remaining amount after the loan and interest amount, and need refund on my whole ECS charges amount Because have already cleared ECS full amount in one single payment to the Bajaj finance
