Bajaj Finance — unwanted insurance without my concern | |||
Hi, there is unwanted insurance is assigned by my name and i have requested for surrender the same via sending emails to wecare @ bajaj but not getting any response from there side since last 5-7 days not even there is phone number where we can talk about our problem - please help and guide us to solve this issue on priority I have not opted this insurance policy nor even i requested for the same and suddenly got an sms that your insurance policy is issued, there is option in bajaj finance to talk to them regrading this isssue except wecare email and from there also we are not getting any response. I am getting 3 to 4 calls daily from bajaj company for loans. If I need, I will call. So please stop calling me and activate do not disturb.
