Bajaj Finance — What about my EMI card

I had applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card from Sathya Agencies . I had filed the application form where it is said that i am eligible for the loan of Rs. 30, 000/-. In order to avail this loan. i had to Paid Rs. 550. I had Purchased washing machine Rs.12500/- from Sathya Agencies at virudhunagar branch on 26/12/2016 purchase via EMI Card from Bajaj Finance. i had paid due on past 2 months .

I want to know the status of my EMI Card and my Loan Number because i am unable to check the status & Track my EMI Card.
Today is 25/03/17 lmost 3months completed but i did not receive me EMI card. I request your to Arrange the EMI card
