Bajaj Finance — worst customer service, my health insurance cancelled without any intimation, | |||||
Hi, i hold a health insurance policy for my family from bajaj alliaz, it was taken through bajajfinserve loan ID: 400SOI84061703. As there is a excess amount debited from loan than the premium, i have raised a request to correct my loan. suddenly i got a mail saying your policy got cancelled from bajaj finserve end. when i contacted the customer care, they said it was mistake form bajaj finserve and they will rectify in 2-3 working days, a service request is also raised SR04061406, and its been more than a month and there is no progress update at all. even escallation to grievance team did not help. calling to customer care / grievance team is a hell and even after waiting for soo long in hold no proper response, Every time they say they will need more time to get the information from back end team. till now no single action taken w.r.t service request SR04061406. i could say it is pathetic customer service from bajajfinserve and bajaj alliaz Was this information helpful? | |||||
