Bajaj Finance — wrong loan account mapped to my id | |||
Dear Sir, I have been getting threatening calls from Bajaj. After contacting Bajaj Branch at bangalore and also, grievance redressal, they confirmed that it is their mistake and they will remove all incorrect ID mapped to my ID. But, still i am getting calls from consumer court. Recently, i checked my Cibil and this wrongly mapped laon account has hit my score. This is pathetic service from Bajaj. Despite of multiple requests to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and assurance from them to take action, I am repeatedly getting these calls. I am left with no option but to complian to legal authority.
