Bajaj Finserv — about regaining of my emi card limit | |||
Dear sir, My name is hanna k a. I am an existing customer of bfl. 1st october 2019 i purchased a mobile ippo f11 pro at19990 from amazon using my bajaj emi card. Emi 3332 for 6 months. But i cancelled the order on the same day. I got a msg from amazon and bfl that it got cancelled. But my emi card limit reduced by 19990. Also i got a msg from bfl that it will generate the loan emi from 2/11/19. Pls cancel the loan amount and retain my initial limit. Helpful documents are attached. Kindly make necessary action.
