[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Additional loan added with out any information when purchased "balic premium cd loan | |||||
Hi, I purchased a Samsung LED TV on[protected] and I have completed my EMI on[protected] with out any dues. I have the NOC available at the site either. Now after 4 years, people from Bajaj calling me to pay an additional amount of Rs.1187 for insurance which I was never aware of or not informed when I applied for Loan. This is really not fair from a reputed company. Because of this my account is still active and not closed as it is not acceptable. If at all it is mandatory, I should have been informed prior and it should be included in the EMI's. Why do you have to probe it as an additional Loan? and why are you guys calling me after 4 years? I didnt even receive an Email regarding this for the past 4 years. Note: An employee from Bajaj named Gugan, called me and sounded like threatening to put my account under default list in SIBIL if I am not paying. Why should I be threatened or be in default list when I have paid my sanctioned loan as in regular EMI without any dues? Threatening a customer is not acceptable at all. Attached the NOC image.
