Bajaj Finserv — Additional warranty plan on voltas ac purchased | |||||
Hello, I purchase a Voltas AC using my Bajaj Finserv account in March this year 2017. Couple of months back (in April 2017) i got a call from Bajaj Finserv to enroll in the additional warranty protection plan from them by paying ~ Rs. 250 per month along with the EMI of this AC. They told me that the documentation about the same would be sent within next 10-15 days. Its been 2 months and i still have not received any documentation from them. I called their customer care but there dialing options are such that you never reach customer care representatives and the call gets disconnected. I would like to file a complaint for this delay in sending the documents as i feel this may be a fraud without any documentations being sent. Thank you.
