Bajaj Finserv — Advance payment multiple ecs attempt

I pay emi on time one advance 30 june and massage they're also send me within 24 hours adjust this amount and and only one emi charge on my bank but they're not adjusted first emi and ecs attempt many time showing on statement and all my balance in bank 1600 are charge for ecs also I paid manually all loan now . I just say my only one loan 2 july charged on my bank but attempt 2 loan one already advance paid . It's system failed that's reason many ecs attempt and I lose my money 1600 rupees .my loan amount only 1564 rupees .is it fair.
