[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — Term loan to Flexi loan

During covid i was told by one of the advisor that i can convert my loan to flexi loan and i can pay only interest and after that the loan will be converted to normal term loan after 12 months but nothing has happened and everytime i call to address this issue they say it will be not change and i need to pay interest until i dont have money to pay off my loan
