    Dear Sir,
    I have received Bajaj finserv RBL bank card statement at my mail id
    "[protected]@gmail.com".
    i had not applied this card and I don't have any card, then why such
    type of statement is received on my mail id in which they claim due
    amount is Rs.5549, what is the meaning of this?

    Moreover i am not able to open the statement and unable to contact at
    custom care because whenever...

    There are no offline partners also there are not lot of options online to be used with this card. I have never ever used it to the date and feel like this is one of the most useless cards I have ever seen. I don't want to have it just temporarily blocked to be reactivated later and I also don't feel comfortable knowing that my personal documents and information is with them. So I request you to kindly permanently delete my finserv account and with it the emi network card too.

        Hi,

        RBL Bajaj Finserv has auto-debited 117.00 Rs from my HDFC account.

        I have never given auto-debit access to RBL.

        What is the reason for this deduction? I had no outstanding on this card for the last 30 days.

        If we pay less amount on the card, RBL places more than 3 % charges.

        Need refund with additional charges.

            An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of SBI bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction. I totally don't understand after 3+ year they apply these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

              Bajaj Finserv — bajaj finserv ecs debit rs.117 unauthorised deduction!!

                          I Avilash Banerjee, had a loan of 19990 INR with Bajaj Finserv loan number V35ECFJB251216, foreclosed my loan on 31.3.23.
                          I have recieved a NOC certificate also on 1.4.23.
                          Still the EMI amount of 3332 was debited on 2.4.23.
                          As there is no contact for customer care I am unable to contact.
                          Kindly arrange the refund for the extra amount of money that was deducted as extra.

                              I have taken the top-up loan for salaried flexi and during the loan process I got confirmed there is a cash back on fee, In the email they mentioned total processing fee is 4500 and, in the call mentioned I only changed any other amount other than that which ever will deducted while loan processing time that I will get as a cash back with in 10days time. I am sending email and sales executive calling immediately and confirming over the call I have believed and accepted the loan, after taking the loan they said with in 10days I will get the cashback amount. After one month also I dint get any cash back and when I complain in Bajaj they are asking for the proof. I have submitted all the evidences which I have but still asking for the voice recordings, I dint expect this fraud and I dint record any audio. So now what I am asking is find out the person who created my loan application and who communicated with me in my loan process and need to investigate with him how they are cheating the customer like this way.

                                  I am Mr Tushar V Nikam from washim district i have aplied for housing loan from last four year but in my case every month get increse therate of interest and emi every month they are told me every time when i call to hr told only RBI guideline i know thw RBI not increse the rate of interest upto 6% form last year, and i have compalint through the mail and call for emi and rate of interest for reducing but they give coy paste mail amd same answer from last 16 th month they not reduce emi or rate . I have allready told we are sufferingg from hospitalization of my grand mother so that my financial position is bad but they noy listen my problem .

                                    When i was start the housing loan from 14% but till date my interestrate is 19% they are told every time RBI increases the rate of interest but in my inforamtion RBI is not increase rate of interest about 5-6% from last year, i have places or contact his hr but they not give proper answer to us.
                                    so i request to you please find any way to easiest paid amount without any loss of customer.
