Emi deducted from my account but in portal show emi is pending loan no 4560cd47834270 and loan a/c no456dpf60797317

Dear team i have 2 loan in which one is completed in apr. 2018 but amount is deducted from my account but still showing that emi is not paid there is 1 emi pending.

And on 2nd loan amount is debited from my account but still showing that emi is pending.

I tried purchasing a product from amazon with the emi card but it's showing an error stated your card is not eligible for the emi but I have already completed the last loan.

I have foreclosed the loans within the span of 4-6 months.
Its been a month since i closed the loans and i still have not received the insurance cashback.
