Bajaj Finserv — amount deduction of 295*4=1180/- from my sbi account

On November 4th, 2018 i got message as my account debited Rs.295/-

3times & INVESTMENT INTERMEDI from Bajaj Finance.

Again November 6th, 2018 i got the same message & debited 295/-.

I want the details of why my money (1180/-) debited & where it's going to invested...

I have a doubt, how can a company can deduct money from an account

without intimating with account holder & without his permission...?

plese letme know the above my questions as soon as possible...
