[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — annual fee deduction for emi card | |
Dear Sir, I am holding HDFC bank saving account, My account got debited Rs.117 for Baja Finserv annual fee for EMI card. I was paying my EMI a year before and there was no pending payment. But for this free card, all of sudden they started to deduct amount from my account without my knowledge. It seems to be unauthorized and compliance issue, how HDFC allowed to deduct this amount for Bajaj. ECS must have expiry date and it will be active till the EMI period oly. No one used to allow auto debit for card annual fee. Bajaj Finserv misused this option or I was not aware when signing ECS documents. It is totally cheating. It is a big scam. How you are charging fee for the free card?
I was told that it is free card.
For annual fee, how you enabled the auto debit from my saving account. Dont smartly place the comnent. You are not sharing my ecs mandate document which i signed to deduct amount from bank.
