    An amount of rs. 117 is deducted from my savings account of bank of baroda without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company.

      I have paid my 2 EMI's earlier than the due date i.e on 1st of Feb, 2023. Due date is on 2nd of Every month. But i have been deducted an amount of 590 as bouce fees for each EMI. Total of 1180. This is been deducted by ICICI bank on behalf of Bajaj finserv as they did'nt find emi amount on 2nd Feb, 2023.
      Bajaj finserv has suggested to pay the emi at the earliest, due to that i had to pay 1 day earlier. And now facing the issues of Bouce fee as well for early payment of EMI. When i asked to Bajaj finserv on this they took 1 week time and refunded an amount of only 295 rupees.
      I request the Consumer Complaint forum to look into this issue and see that i get my full refund. thank you.

          Hi Team,

          Rs 117 keeps on getting deducted from my account every year undrr transaction details as BAJAJ EMI-10CD17720208NS001 without any prior consent. This needs to be stopped with immediate effect and the amount should be refunded to my account asap.

          I would like to terminate any open services I may have on my account from Bajaj finance.

            Hi my name is Aman Sharma on 16 Feb. 2023 Bajaj Finance Ltd. Deduct Rs. 117 from my SBI account. I really don't know why they deduct that amount.
            The transaction shows -CMP MANDATE DEBIT Bajaj Finance Ltd. - DD.Bajaj Finance Ltd. please resolved my issue and return back my amount.

              I was checking my CIBIL today and found that Bajaj Finserv has given a wrong info to the CIBIL that i have taken a Two wheeler Loan from them and not done the payment.
              Account Number showing in my CIBIL, L2WMOR04089617
              I have never took a two wheeler loan from them, Neither i have a two wheeler, dont know how come they have given this wrong info to them.
              I request you to please get this resolved. it is affecting my CIBIL.

                Dear sir,
                This is to inform you that my emi got bounced due to the reason I have changed my job so my salary date also changed from 1st to 10th, I got several calls from your agent and i have informed them that i will pay on 10th, but I am getting random harassment calls and WhatsApp msg from different people and organisations who are not even working with Bajaj finance. They want me to send money on their link or UPI.
                As per my concern my personal data has been breached from bajaj finance so I am getting harassment call, and they have registered my number to many apps and I am getting continuosly OTP and calls to give money, soi have decided to take a legal action against bajaj finance for breaching personal information to other organisations for some sort of money, it's against law to share personal to other. Please take legal action against this agency

                  I frequently get messages and calls from Bajaj Finserv to apply for the credit cards. I have not subscribed to this and I need help as I am disturbed by this. Calls come at random hours and every time I block the numbers I get a call from a different number.

                    I have taken overdraft from bajaj finserve, They have never mentioned that there is a AMC charges on overdraft. When I checked yesterday there was amount 3781 deducted by bajaj. I complained to ICICI bank and Bajaj finserve

                    Later on they sent an email this is an AMC amount. When I captured the hidden deducted now they are telling this a charges. Then Why did not they informed this charges before. I have requested...

                      An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i dont taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction, I totally don't understand these kind of charges which are totally irrelevant.

                      Kindly refund my debited amount of rs. 117 for the last 5 years at the earliest.

                        I have 3 loans, two is consumer durable loans and one is personal loan on this two consumer durable loans foreclosed on 31st jan 2023, and one more personal loan i payed advance emi of feb month on the same day and it is reflected in application also but today again all 3 emi were deducted from the account i need refund of this deducted amount asap details as follows

                        404ECFIA894829 ( refrigerator loan) amounted 22490/- all settled on 31st jan 2023 but again deducted from account on 2 feb (extra deducted amount 1875rs)

                        2.Account Number
                        404ECFIY849834 (poco mobile) amounted 17028/-all settled on 31st jan 2023 but again deducted from account on 2 feb (extra deducted amount 2838rs)

                        3.Account Number
                        404PLCHE129489 (personal loan ) amounted 112000/- advance emi paid on 31st jan 2023 but again deducted from account on 2 feb (extra deducted amount 4879rs)

                        I need this money for some medical reason but they deducted I want refund of this amount very urgently

                              I HAVE PAYED ADVANCE EMI ON 31 Jan, 2023, however the amount got deducted again on 2nd Feb, 2023.

                              Loan account number 580ECFJC020576. I have payed advance emi on 31 Jan, 2023, however the amount got deducted on 2nd Feb, 2023

                              Both are on my name Udaye gulati.
                              Refund my account immediately otherwise i'll have to take further actions.

                              Please give me date as well.

                                I place order using bajaj emi card from bajaj mall which the limit is 50 thousand but it take time to process so i cancel the order and after my order was cancelled my card limit didn't increase or update after 48 hour and my card limit left with 27thousand so i place a new order from amazon but didn't go through my emi card decline payment...

His agent talking worst language and making my family in trouble already dad is in serious condition I don't know what to do them plz help us..
