It's been 15 days i have been in a contact with your agent and all the loan procedures and the taxes to transfer my loan amount to my account has been completed, but now your agent is unable to take my call his phone is switched off and i am unable to contact your customer care number so too all the numbers incoming calls are restricted. Please do review and either transfer my loan amount or refund the amount whatever i have paid till date

    I have paid emi for all of the loan well in advance as instructed by an executive representative from bajaj finserv on 28th january 2020 and also visited bajaj finserv sakinaka office but still the check was presented to my bank and got it bounced twice which impacted my cibil score and also penalty of rs.450 on each loan has been raised over me plus over and above that i am receiving an average of 5 to 6 calls a day from bajaj office to clear my loan dues where in i have updated the same that i have already paid my emi well in advance, this has reached a point where i am mentally getting harassed by the calls and also my cibil score is getting impacted.

    When i asked them to waive off the penalty imposed on me even after paying emi well in advance the team is absolutely ignoring my request.

      I went to the customer care center on[protected] and requested for the foreclosure letter for my home loan 421shl19751498, 421shl19751716 and the request no was sr27333800. It has been more than 15 days so i went to the customer care center that they have foreclosed some other loans and still the request is pending and again they raised another request on[protected] and the request no is sr28092840, sr28089748.

      I have the dd with me since 22 jan 2020. The payment department is not crediting my dd into my loan account and they are saying they need the foreclosure letter. Bajaj is very clever,

      They are purposefully delaying this since each day's interest is rs 1500. It has already gone up to rs 25000 between these days. Who is going to bear these? It is going to be the customer. This will happen to all the customers who have a relationship with the bajaj. I want this to bring to notice and i want to complain to the higher authority since the wecare, grievance redressal team, customer experience head teams are not useful.

      I want to bring it to the national level nhb that this kind of fraudulent activity is going with bajaj for making money.

      Bajaj customer care number is just for fun they are having. It will reach ivr and say thank you.

      Bajaj customer center persons will say "send mail to wecare". They should change it to dontcare. That is the way they deal now.

      No words to say. If some one help me, we can go to the higher authority like nhb and file a complain that such kind of activity is going on.

      I am having another loans with other banks in which i was able to get the foreclosure letter at max within 4 day.

            Additional charge of 1402 rs had been added to my account when i bought my phone without my consent or order of the same.

            I want it to be cancelled as soon as possible it already deducted from account for first month. I want it to be canclled as soon as possible and refunded too, and please stop adding this bogus additional services without any consent. I can even show screenshot of the service i booked,
            It only consist of my phone and processing fee, they even didnt notified me about my activation of additional cpp

              I have purchased a mobile with bajaj emi card my due date is evey 5th of a month. I have sufficient balance in the linked account for the emi payment every time they are taking extra charge for the because the check is bounced and refered to drawer i have sufficient funds and still check bouncing. Its becoming a headache every month and its almoust 1000 rs extra as overdue bounce charge for payment now showing. Plz fo the needful. Or plz stay the licence of the company for cheating the customers..

                Hi bajaj/consumer helpdesk,

                I need to get this issue fixed asap. Also, please do not exploit people with hidden and fake promises.

                Bajaj guys call we people that they will create the bajaj reserve funds at the backend and link it with your personal bank account. They lure you that charges will be calculated only when the loan is transferred to your own bank account.

                I was followed up by bajaj finserv sales agent for bajaj finserv salary based flexi loan. I required 3 lakh rupees for registry of the flat and the same i asked from sales agent not to sanction more than 3 lakhs. But these guys sanctioned approx 5 lakh rupees. When i asked them that this is not required they told me that this will just remain at bajaj's end and i can disburse the amount then only any charges with being accrued.

                They smartly took this approval from email and are very smart to share only summarised agreement.

                Blunder #1# they promised that the fund will remain at bajaj's end, but the funds were diverted to my salaried account. I sent an email to them on the very next day...

                What they promise through call, they never followed through business-process. Beware?

                Blunder#2# i was confirmed that the processing fee will be levied only if the funds were disbursed... Since they automatically diverted the funds from the bajajs reserve account to my personal account, so they said that the processing fee will be levied...

                Blunder #3# i was always told that the preclosure is a smooth process and whatever the processing fee may be or outstanding amount, it would be calculated on the basis of last outstanding amount and that too 4%.

                Now, bajaj people are trying to charge the preclosure penalty on approx 5lakh amount and which i never ever wanted at the 1st place... They are forcing me to keep this account open.. Why?

                Bajaj guys, please try to understand that as per my discussion with shailendra on phone, i wanted bajaj flexi loan as my standby fund in case i could not manage the cash from my personal sources...

                I never intended to use these funds...

                I have also lodged the complaints on Govt of India Portal for incorrect business practice at:

                Please at least look into my matter and reply. Your branch office in MP Nagar Bhopal is not cooperative. Only reception which keeps on asking to contact customer care or send an email.

                I got a Call from BajajFinserve Executive on Feb 22, 2020 Saturday and they acknowledged that they will resolve the issue by Coming Monday. This is March 6th now, and Bajaj is exploiting the timeline they promised.

                I have sent so many emails at [protected]@bajajfinserve.in and did not get any replies, but only one phone call till date.

                    I have made few purchases of home appliances through you and that was the great mistake i have ever done. daily i am getting 4 to 5 calls from bajaj finserv executives for asking me to take loan, even during odd hours, disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers. Many times i have asked them not to disturb me, still they continue to disturb me over phone and sms. you may please note that neither i am interested to take any financial help from bajanfinserv nor i am using your credit card (Never received) in the past or future transactions, hence you may cancel the card (If you have already issued) and delete my contact detail from your record with immediate effect. kindly take immediate action on the above mentioned points, else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv with the help of consumer court.

                      foreclosure issues

                      We have been trying to contact bajaj via mails and calls for the foreclosure letter. There is no single response. High cost insurance was forced on us as additional top up loan. We are paying additional charges for loan processing.
                      They said no foreclosure charges will be levied.
                      We are unable to close our home loan and top up loan. We did continuous follow ups, still nobody to address our issues. The interest charges has increased...

                      Kindly note self bought ac (For donating to the local hospital) from the verma electronics nabha (Dist patiala, punjab)
                      Loan was availed for the sum inr 14000 for 08 month at 0.0% interest, thus costing inr 1750 month.
                      As i am retired, and not a technology person, have not been touch with the e-banking mode.

                      My son (Serving in navy) has checked just casually on my behalf about the details of the emis.
                      And to my surprise, i have been deducted inr[protected]+508) every month for past 6 months.

                      On enquiry to my surprise again the charges inr 508 every month was incurred for the cpp tele binding loan/insurance availed.

                      So concluding,
                      1. I have not registered/acknowledged any sms or call for such service.
                      2. A question to the your good firm. How can you just fix/approve a loan over a phone? There can be a chance when i am not speaking over the phone or my phone has been lost? Is it really legit or logical?

                      Kindly do the needful to reimburse the amount paid so far for the service i have never availed/ or acknowledged.

                        I have financed the refrigerator with bajaj finserv at aman electronics shop in oct'2019 month, issue is that when was financing the refrigerator, the bajaj finserv executive told me the offer which was running on that time duration, if i make the extra 2000 rupees, my refrigerator warranty will extend for 2 more years and i will also get 5000 rs of voucher which i can use in big bazzar, movie tickets, makemytip coupons and more, but i will get the vouchers after making first 3 emi's on time, no delay for any emi's a single day and as per his commitment, i agreed with him and i have made all first 3 emi's on time (4th of date every month) and after completion of all 3 emi's on time, i reached to aman electronics shop and i saw the bajaj finserv person has changed, there is other person sitting over there. I asked to shop manager, he told me that he leaved job from that shop and the manager update, the new person will assist me who is also working in bajaj finserv, so i updated him my all queries and the new person told me that, i don't have any update regarding coupons, he said, i have to ask for coupons after 10th of jan-2020, i also tried bajaj finserv customer care number [[protected]] but couldn't reached customer so i again reached their shop on 10th of jan and i asked him for coupons but still he don't have any update, he said, you have to come after 15th of jan, i asked him to help me to get any customer care number he told me same number and i requested to him please i want to talk with customer care, he also tried same number but unfortunately he couldn't help me in this thing. So again i reached their shop on 15th of jan-2020, and i asked him for coupons, he told sorry still i don't have any update, so i asked him when i will get my coupons, this time he said i don't know because the august month coupons has come in december, it's depends on company when they will provide, so i asked to shop manager and he also don't know. I taken the bajaj finserv person contact number but few days ago i asked him by call but same response, and from last 2 days i am calling him but he is not picking my phone. Today is 2th of feb 2020 and still not received my coupons.

                        So i request to all of you guys, don't by and finance any product with bajaj finserv, it's totally fake. The company only wants on time but they don’t want to provide any service, coupons etc, as per their commitment. Fake bajaj finserv.

                                Yesterday i made one payment through bajaj wallet and money deducted from my account amount of rs.20, 706.20/-, but still now refund is not coming back in my bank account. After do this transaction bajaj wallet disable my bajaj wallet account, so i can't do anything from my side. I need my money back directly in my bank account. Because if bajaj wallet refund my money in bajaj wallet, then deduction will be 18% gst which is rs.3, 727.12/- as a transaction charges. I can't bear this transaction charges deduction money. I need my money back in my bank account as soon as possible.

                                I bought mobile phone( iphone x) on emi. Eventually it broke and I was denied insurance claim saying I am late to submit documents. How could I have had sent documents as I was in hospital under going treatment. It was my hard earned money. Bajaj finserv u people are looters.
                                Sir I have ordred mistkly I want to cancel my order. what is the process.

                                  I am forced to make this complaint as i am really really irritated with the calls from bajaj regarding the loans. I blocked many numbers but still i am getting the calls. Really fed up with these calls and i really don't want any loans from bajaj. If it is the same, i will stop using the bajaj from here on and will go to the consumer court. My number is nine five six seven five seven one seven four six.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Last couple of week i was trying get my all loan account statement from bajaj finserv starting from april 2018 to till date, as sbi charges me for the bajaj finserv ecs return charges of rs. 23305 from april 2018 to till date. When i ask bajaj for this they told me that they only charge me for 33 times and give me the statement from oct 2018 to 2nd january 2020, but where as sbi charges me for almost 77 times. Last couple of week i following up with bajaj for the full consolidated statement of my all account but they are not bother to replying. And when ever i ask sbi dhakuri branch, kolkata, they told me that its the bajaj finserv who present their ecs so many times.

                                    And suddenly today i got call from followings no asking for my current loan emi to be paid advance for the 1st time in last two years. When the schedule emi date for the bajaj is 2nd of every month. And they told me that 2nd feb is sunday, its non-banking day, so bajaj will attract bounce charges for that, why how i do not know they are asking for advance emi payment.

                                    Now bajaj put me in a situation that i can not even keep my sbi account min balance also. When ever i put money in sbi it will get deducted in the form of ecs return charges and i'm really afraid of keep money in my sbi bank.

                                    And bajaj is not replying to email also now.

                                    Now what should i do to protect my sbi account, whether to cancel bajaj finserv mandate from my sbi account or else i need to scrap my sbi account cos i do not know how many till ecs charges they keep on holding in my account till date.

                                    So please let me know how to get rid of this.

                                    This is the reply i have got from bajaj finserv in husband's email id.
                                    I know that due some financial issues baja finserv emi got bounced as mentioned in earlier comment. i have paid all till date. i just want to know, to get back the emi how many times baja finserv present their emi to my SBI dhakuria bank account (A/c. no. - [protected]). So that i can get it cross checked with my SBI account. Cos its not 5-10 times, but SBI charged me for 81 times till date.

                                    As per bajaj finserv its the bank charges of ECS return. I understand that.

                                    I also understand this, that a bank only charged ECS return, only when the lender represent the ECS to the particular account, then only. otherwise bank can not charged to the account.

                                    bajaj only provide their ECS represent form Sept, 19 onward. But from April, 17 to till Sept'19 their are not providing after asking so many times to bajaj finserv. There only only they are saying its only banks charged, not their. as if SBI charged me without producing the ECS by bajaj finserv.

                                    So please let me my further course of action, if possible. it is almost 15 days over i raised this query in this forum.

                                    Till date no reply or re addressable communication from Bajaj Finserv nor from Consumer forum. i do not know why there is so much of silence from both the parties. I think i should also keep me in mute mode in coming 2nd of March also, if the this silence goes on continue.

                                      Hi,

                                      Bajaj finserv fraudulently debited an amount of rs. 117 from my hdfc account that was used for a loan that was settled in sept' 19.

                                      The transaction id : bajaj finemi-bf111218_[protected] on 16 jan 2020 from hdfc account without information is done with a malicious intent and broken the contract agreement during the loan process.

                                      I would like to receive my amount back of i would be forced to take a legal route and sue bajaj finserv for rs. 1 lac.
