Hi i'm piyush. Purchased a mobile phone on[protected] and a unauthorized charge was made by bajaj finserv of rs. 1699 on[protected].
How the hell did u guys put a charge on my card of rs.1699 without my consent?
Who the # authorised u do it?
The due date is tomorrow (2nd feb 2020) for that stupid #ing charge.
Remove it instantaneously because i won't make payment on the same.

    Last moth dec i paid the emi with penalties but u guy deducted additional 885/- without intimation the same is happend on this month after receiving my salary immediately 885+413 got deducted then u asking for payment with penalties
    The same i asked with the chennai executive but that guy speaking very rude i just asked reason for deduction no one is responding properly
    Am the customer from last 5years with ur company i have done 7 loans from ur company but now i feel very bad with ur company bcoz of the executive

    Have purchased a laptop on emi from bajaj finance, my emi 6417rs
    But now received msg from bajaj finance that ur emi is 7167, after that i checked my loan details the digital cpp telebinding (750 rs per emi) activited without my permission.

    It's totally fraud, i'm not capable to pay this cpp charges

      Yesterday i made one payment through bajaj wallet and money deducted from my account amount of rs.20, 706.20/-, but still now refund is not coming back in my bank account. After do this transaction bajaj wallet disable my bajaj wallet account, so i can't do anything from my side. I need my money back directly in my bank account. Because if bajaj wallet refund my money in bajaj wallet, then deduction will be 18% gst which is rs.3, 727.12/- as a transaction charges. I can't bear this transaction charges deduction money. I need my money back in my bank account as soon as possible.

      I bought mobile phone( iphone x) on emi. Eventually it broke and I was denied insurance claim saying I am late to submit documents. How could I have had sent documents as I was in hospital under going treatment. It was my hard earned money. Bajaj finserv u people are looters.

        I am forced to make this complaint as i am really really irritated with the calls from bajaj regarding the loans. I blocked many numbers but still i am getting the calls. Really fed up with these calls and i really don't want any loans from bajaj. If it is the same, i will stop using the bajaj from here on and will go to the consumer court. My number is nine five six seven five seven one seven four six.

          Last couple of week i was trying get my all loan account statement from bajaj finserv starting from april 2018 to till date, as sbi charges me for the bajaj finserv ecs return charges of rs. 23305 from april 2018 to till date. When i ask bajaj for this they told me that they only charge me for 33 times and give me the statement from oct 2018 to 2nd january 2020, but where as sbi charges me for almost 77 times.           Hi,

          Bajaj finserv fraudulently debited an amount of rs. 117 from my hdfc account that was used for a loan that was settled in sept' 19.

          The transaction id : bajaj finemi-bf111218_[protected] on 16 jan 2020 from hdfc account without information is done with a malicious intent and broken the contract agreement during the loan process.

          I would like to receive my amount back of i would be forced to take a legal route and sue bajaj finserv for rs. 1 lac.

                  Hello bajaj finserv,

                  It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

                  Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

                    The loan account number is 403spl[protected] and the loan was taken on 22th jan 2019 for the amount of rs.4, 48, 555.00 with a tenure of 60 months and interest rate of 12.50 %.

                    They told me that due to nil foreclosure charges benefit bajaj finserv charges are high interest rate as compare to another bank.
                    On 26th dec 2019, they sent mail that 4.00 % charges applicable for foreclosure the loan amount. So immediately called up customer care and they are also mentioning the same.

                    I visited bajaj finserv's chennai branch to clarify and close of my personal loans. I thought they will talk some sense compared to the customer care people,

                    But sadly they are also sticking to the same information that going forward 4.00 % will be charged for foreclosure of loan amount.

                    Now i have to forcefully continue the loans even though i have money to close these loans.

                    For above stated the both personal loan i had paid rs: 22553 with extra charges for taking loans

                    As per my email while sending okay the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flex fee. Your team member never told me below things
                    During personal loan time never told me about credit vidhya fees but after dismemberment loan then they have deduction my 4999.00 fees and also additional burden of insurance of hdfc credit protection 8555.00 as well as line activation/flexi assigned limit 4999.00 also upfront charges 2117.00 was put on me.

                    I am not in condition to take these policies and bear any additional charges like insurance charge, vidhya fees, upfront charges, broken period interest and line activation charges collected from me. I am not interested in these policies and done without informing me. I am really disappointed

                    Can you explain each and every components charges, why these charges taken from me without my knowledge
                    While taking the loan and also please refund the same

                    I don't have any requirement of insurance and never made any request for them.

                    Please solve my request and complaints, because i had already paid rs: 22553 with more charges for taking loans

                    If i go on paying this extra money to the company eventually, i will lose complete faith in bajaj finserv and stop availing any relationship with the company, and more than that i will end up getting the feeling frustrated

                    Please help me in this case, to pay my outstanding loan amount without any foreclosure charges also please provide the foreclosure letter for the same

                    Please resolve the complaint before february 2. Because the above mentioned date is emi date

                    I expect quality services from you and request you to address this issue with immediate attention. I expect full compensation and look forward to your replies within shortest time.

                      I purchased an iphone 11 in october and agent said me that i am eligible for 3000rs cashback. I will get that after paying my 3rd emi but after paying the 3 emi i haven't recieved any amount. Whenever i call them they always act like i am saying wrong because i changed my phone otherwise i would have been show then a msg which i sended to check the eligibility of my cashback offer.

                        Emi end date is 05/09/2019. But but till now noc was issued and asking to pay check bounce charges: 800/-, i don't know why i this much of amount is.

                        I ask them to provide documented proofs according to rbi, then i will pay the charges, every organization will follow according to rbi rules...

                        I am an existing bajaj finserv customer and yesterday 22.01.2020 i received a call from customer care executive that i have qualified for a loan of rs 1, 00, 000/- and will provide a link for confirmation through mail.

                        The same day i received that link and applied for loan. However today 23.01.2020 i received an email stating that my mobile number has been updated. However i have not requested for any updation of my mobile number. No customer service number is available to solve my query. Otp is required for changing mobile number in portal also. As my mobile number has been updated to an unknown number i am not able to received otp also. This is really cheating the customers. Atleast they will provide customer support.

                        This is regarding my personal loan taken from Bajaj Finserv for which they are charging 33.01% interest rate annually. However at the time of offer they are offering only monthly interest thereby cheating the customers. After repayment of one year, the amount pending is still 80% of total amount. Please take action against these type of cheating customers
                        I got 4999/- deducted as credit vidya fees in my loan disbursing amount. Neither I was informed about this nor I want this. Places look into the matter

                            I want to deactivate my CPP tele binding insurance that has been activated. I do not want this insurance. I will take care of any repair that wull be required for my products that i have purchased on my own.

                              I have taken a loan for which mandate form was given to my bank with my fraud signature. Also the emi amount was given as 200000. Such fraud is not expected from a reputed company like bajaj finance. I have blocked bajaj from my hdfc account as advised by them. The bajaj executive is not recieving my calls. Please advise what next steps should i take.

I keep getting these calls from different numbers, so blocking and marking them spam is not seem to be working.
