        My SBI saving account has been debited by 295 rupees and it shows it is deducted on part of Bajaj Finserv.
        I don't have any Loan currently from Bajaj then why this amount is deducted.
        Please refund this amount as soon as possible.
        I have taken a loan from Bajaj long time back of approx 13000 rs. With 3 EMI.
        My last emi has been only 2 day late and even for that i have paid late charges of approx rupees 500
        So please refund this amount.

          Wrong Charges of Rs 8, 000 as a Penalty and Bounce Charges for my Loan Account: 4400pl07716368 In year 2017 and 2018, executives came to my home and received EMI amount and said that they will waive off the Bounce charges, but now the Bajaj Finserv is asking for wrong charges of Rs 8500 as a penalty and Bounce charges. Even they gave me personal loan at 17% rate of interest by cheating.

                In my emi finance card my name is wrongly stated as koteswararao is my father name.. My correct name is meena only.in the bank account also my name is meena only. Because of this there is always a difficulty for clearance of payment through online whenever i buy a product.in future also i want to purchase products through bajaj finance card.                     Rs 295 deducting 2 to 3 times in a month when i asked bajaj customer care, they told that it was deducted by bank and they have no record. When i contacted with bank they told that it is deducted by bajaj finserv. I told bajaj to refund the amount because the amount they charged also did not reflect in my bajaj loan account...

                      Really disappointed with the way that your agent spoke to me over the call over this missed emi.
                      I tried explaining him that it was missed as my new account details were not updated on time from your end.I asked him to check tht all emi were paid on time.
                      But instead of listening to my request he shouted in loud voice and told me tht he will send a recovery agent right away to collect money.
                      This is not the first time i have taken loan, i am paying regular emis to my home loan of 75 Lacs, other loans as well. You can check online.

                      I have made the payment online and extra charges just because of your system and your mistake and If i would have known this i would have never taken loan from you.Hope to close this loan soon..This will not end here i will go to concerned authorities to take this matter.

I politely asked him for a rule book and he is like whatever i say is the rule and if you dont follow just leave the tv you dont need to purchase. Is this the way bajaj treats its customers. And if this is so this i the last time i am using bajaj finance. I want strict action to be take against that employee. The mi store is located i sal lake swimming pool sector 1.

                            Bajaj has just initiated a duplicate loan where they in my account i can see one more loan added without any request or application or requisition infant without information, i have been trying to reach them since two days but no luck. Their customer care number is good for nothing and they might call you 3 times a day to see their product but they will make it impossible for you to reach them.

                              I have purchase an ac on emi from bajaj finserv with loan a/c no. 4540cdei721779,
                              Without my permission the have add cpp tele binding in my account, and they didn't even told us on phone or through msg when they call many time regarding reminder for my emi payments, after 3 month i came to know from raipur bajaj finserv office, they said that the company activates this service by asking on call and you have to answer yes or no.
                              I have never asked for activation of any kind of other services to them. They also said that the customer care asks in this way that the customer don't understand and get caught in this service activation. But still neither any customer care person or message informed as about this, they just keep charging penalties.
                              Please deactivate this service immediately

                                Everybody please don't fall in bajaj finserv elite trap very bad no customer care support and also no email support very pissed off.

                                They are making false promises when you call [protected] they are not answering and when you call 39574151 they are giving other number very bad service.

                                First time in my life i have faced this kind of false promises and trap by bajaj company.

                                No vouchers (Promised 30, 000)
                                No increase limit (Promised 3 lakh)
                                Only card is changing nothing else.

                                    This is to inform you that recently i had purchased samsung a20 from my bajaj finserv lending emi card with lone a/c no 410dpfew169766. My emi is rs 1149 only. But i pay rs 1413. Extra 264 is a insurance. I have not taken any mobile insurance but bajaj finance has been insured my mobile without any information. I will not pay any insured amount of my mobile. Because i am not interested to take this insurance. Kindly request you to cancel my mobile insurance as soon as possible and refund my amount and send me the confirmation of cancellation of mobile insurance immediately. Please i'm deeply trouble about this.

                                        Hi.. My loan's last month was in aug.. Before emi i recvd 3 to 4 calls from july saying that ecs wont be auto debited and i have to do manual payment.. Aftet doing the payment they auto deducted my ecs. Aftr putting refund request i was informed that it gets reflected only aftr 15th every month and refund will be done by 20th aug.
                                        However wen i checkd my bank account on 2nd sept the refund was not done. Again after putting mails and messages they refunded my ecs in 3 4 days and today again on 6th sept they charged my 1685 ecs again.. I also received a closure letter in aug and again ecs debited.. Now again they will inform that it will take 3 weeks to reflect.. And they dont have courtesy to update the status if we forget about it... I am. Realllly fed up with this.. And might not use this facility again for purchasing electronics again.
