Dear bajaj guys,

As i am not happy with the services you are delivering to your customers.

What i found is bajaj finserv has hired goons and ruffians who come to your house and use the coarsest language possible. They shout on top of their voice to let know the entire neighbourhood that this guy is a multi million dollar criminal. Even threaten me with fir legal notices etc. And confisticating my cellphone too which i had bought from the loan.â 

Not a word against the rubbish merchant. These bajaj finserv people just want our money at all cost, they dont care about ethics and law. I am really was not expecting this from bajaj brand. They have thrown all high court guidelines about collection agencies behaviour. I would not recommend anyone using bajaj finserv services. If somebody could file a suit against them, i will happily encourage and join it

Name was displaying on true caller of these goons and visited my residence are as below

Lakshya [protected], [protected] this guy was abusing me and was shouting at my residence at time of visit without informing me.

And another guy who is sitting at sargam electronics outlet at rajouri garden was using abusing language on call via phone call with lakshya.
Also lakshya was sending me legal notice on my 1st emi bounce only proof attached herewith.

Am expecting quick revert and neccessary action to be taken against both of these guys for their # behaviour like million dollar criminal.

    Worst service. Irresponsible loan manager bangalore. No customer care number service. No updates from customer care emails. This is my worst experience and regret for choosing bajaj.
    I have been following up for past three weeks with loan manger on sanction documents and balance amount till now no updates.
    Customer care created request sr19283858 and are keeping quiet.
    I'm getting messages to keep fund for emi to be paid on 2/9.
    I will not pay emi without the money and sanction letters reaches me.
    . I will not refer anyone to bajaj and go ahead and complaint consumer board if i do not get an update today. I need a response and representative to call me.

      We purchased 2 appliances from croma noida sec 32 logix mall.

      We got approval for 50, 000 and the fridge and ac was of 67000. We had a older card which had balance of 20, 000 so the executive used the balance from the older card too.

      I requested the executive to remove the existing bank details from the older account and mention new account details which we were giving for the new card for which we got 50, 000 limit.

      The executive did all the process and said your both the loan will be debited from the same account. One emi was for 4600 something and another one for 2200.

      At the time of emi date. Only one emi got debited and another one got bounced because the account was not registered by him as per bajaj finserve customer care.

      We visited the store he showed us the portal where he have done the registration. Now coustmer care is telling me that you have not submitted the cancel cheque of older account.

      I asked them if he would have asked me to do so i would have given him but he said the process is complete and we have also maintained the required balance.

      My cibil got effected due to the internal blunder of bajaj and i also payed the bounce charges for the same.

      Is this the kind of customer service bajaj is providing?

      I have attached the document which clearly indicated the blunder of bajaj finserve. Along with the proff that we have maintained the balance in account also

        In january 2019 months i was receiving calls from bajaj elite card department to subscribe for the lifetime membership.

        On 22 january 2019 i made a payment of 4999 rs through my debit card after payment they not respond me by email or calls

        Its been 7 months but i did not received any email or any vouchers. When i tried to call the customer care its not been connecting. No response to my emails give my money back otherwise i complaint in consumer court or call me [protected]

          I have purchase refrigerate from grate eaten company, at arambagh branch, hooghly. West bengal. My emi was eight @ rs1475 [ 1475 x 8 ] but wrongly bajaj finance co added extra insurance of rs412. Which was already deduced form bank account on 01/08/2019. Who added insurance without any permission or connect. I have no insurance paper. Any body did not call me about my insurance. Repeatedly i do e-mail bajaj finance co but no respond. Please, i request you to cancelled my insurance.

              I have closed my bajaj Finance on 18/04/2018 and i have received my no due certificate. Suddenly from last month and this month my account has been detected by Rs:- 295 (For 4-times (1180 Rs)) and this moth( for 2-times (590rs)) could you please help in resolving the issue and get my money back.

                I haven't bought anything through e
                Bajaj finserv from past two years still Bajaj finserv deducted amount of 295 RS from my account as the check bounce charge.

                The last loan I have taken from Bajaj finserv was is 2018 and it was paid up in 2018 itself.

                Also there was no Late payment of installment in the previous loans.

                My card has been blocked temporarily even though I had paid my EMI till date. I need to know the reason why and please unblock my card without causing any inconvenience.                   Can you please stop calls from your company it self? I normally pick up 4 to 5 calls on daily basis and your customer case always say that we will not call you and next day same story :(

                  Why are you harrassing customer by this way? Today I had a talk with another customer care and with their Manager too! They simply say we can stop calling from my customer care center but not from other 599 customer cares!

                  Is this my problem really? Who is the customer in this case?

                  Please block me completely and stop mental harrassment plz.

                    I had already applied for that. Wecare from bajajfinance send me mail, that they can not surrender my policy. They need cancelled check for that. But they not specify that how can i send the cancel check to them?
                    And also i am existing customer with them then what is the need of cancel check?
                    Please give me feedback.

I dont want any emi card in future also. I want to cancel and de-activate the same card. And every year your are deducting rs.117/- from my a/c against the same card. So, please cancel my emi card & my a/c in your finance. I dont want any loan from you. And in future don't deduct emi charges from my a/c. It's my humble request.

                          I have been charged 295*21 times dtd on 23.07.2019, by showing transactions date of 2017.. Which i never seen in my entire life and also with anybody charged like this without intimation to the customer consideration,,

                          I have struggled a lot with bajaj on 2017 with double time loan deducations and other things... So my loan cleared on 2017 alrdy i had check with them 0 pending now they deduct nearly around 6200...

                          U just blood sucking the customers daily around the states...

                              I got a call from bajaj fineserv guy today from landline number [protected] this guy was asking me 2000 rs for my past 6 years old loan which was i cleared and later i was giving him explanation he started using abusing language. Is this the way you treat your customer. Check the recording and i want strict action on that person. How come someone call from company landline number and abuse any random person without any reason.

                                They have so many hidden things and unusual charges, which leads to extra burden for me.
                                I want to explain from begining. Incident happened on 04/04/18 when a person name rahul chaurasiya came at my room asking help for getting loan. I refused this person so many times. But this time he says, his sister is ill, and his father who works in sbi, not getting salary due to some case. For same reason i agreed to help him out. Anytime i was in the need of personal loan.
                                I did what he told like i told, i am not doing practice, he told just tell mayo hospital, where he has some link, as he stated. He has given me hope that after 2 month you can cancell the loan, and get everything back, you just need to do documentation. He told, i will sanction 5 lakh.
                                When i got loan it showed 532690 rupees, i asked why given extra. No answer.
                                Then i ask, i got message to pay some money and looked the statistics to pay in return.
                                I found out, i got cheated, he did not told me about the extra charges, i have to pay amount till this date. So my humble request to you, look in this matter and do the needful.

                                  Two days before i have purchased godrej refrigerator from manaparai kumaran stores through bajaj finserv emi card. With out my knowledge they added add on card for my wife and cpp asset insurance policy no. W78bewez866669 for rs.1254. I don't want add on card and cpp asset care policy. So kindly cancel my add on card and cpp asset care policy and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                  After 6 days i received a message from CPP asset care team. They informed me to contact cpp customer care regarding my complaint. I contacted the customer care and explained them to cancel my policy.
                                  But simply they said that "we didn't activate policy membership id so kindly contact Bajaj Finserv "
                                  When will Bajaj Finserv cancel my above mentioned Policy . I here by attached the message send by CPP team

                                    My problem is that after purchasing a mobile opted without my knowledge and consent.. Bajaj finserv added a cpp tele bending loan service to my above said order number.. C19ctbey964629. So i would like t o cancel the same.. My new mobile is samsung galaxy a50.. But i have not given consent to additional emi of insurance... So plz cancel the loan policy no c19ctbey964629..
